General for those who voted for Kim in the primary:
A lot of candidates make promises. Kim Harless delivers. I voted for her in the primary because she has shown us over the years her proven leadership. From passing the Climate Action Framework, to supporting affordable housing and emergency services, Kim has consistently prioritized what matters most. Vancouver can’t afford to go backward. I will again vote for Harless to keep our us moving forward.

General:
Kim Harless has earned broad support from labor unions and community organizations, to everyday residents across Vancouver. That tells you something: she listens, she learns, and she leads with balance. In a time when real leadership matters, Kim has proven she can unite people around real solutions for housing, equity, and climate. Vancouver needs her steady, experienced voice on City Council. I’m proud to support her re-election.

On Homelessness:
As a Vancouver resident, I’ve seen firsthand the integrity and empathy she brings to public service. She is serious about making policy for homelessness a priority. She supported the opening of additional Safe Stay communities and expanding shelter options. Kim’s leadership has made Vancouver a regional model for compassionate, effective solutions. We need that kind of proven, principled leadership on City Council. Let’s keep her working for us.

Unions:
As a union member, I support leaders who consistently show up for labor. That’s why she has the backing of the Southwest Washington Central Labor Council, the Vancouver Firefighters Union, the Police Officers Guild, and other unions. She understands that strong unions mean a strong Vancouver. We need her steady, pro-worker leadership on City Council. I'm proud to stand with Kim, because she stands with us.

On business and equity:
Kim Harless means business. Literally. Economic growth and equity are front of mind and policy for councilmember Harless. Under her leadership, we now have the City’s first-ever, Five-Year Economic Development Strategy Plan. Whether it is supporting small businesses, investing in sustainable infrastructure, or smart development, she understands that a thriving city requires opportunity for everyone. That’s why I’m voting to re-elect Kim.

On the opposition:
Kim Harless has shown up for our community time and again, proving her commitment through real action. Her opponent says public service is part of her work, but without a voting record, can we really know where she stands? There is no record that she voted for anyone or anything before voting for herself in the primary. With Kim, we know her values because she participates and follows through. The opponent’s donors have a history of supporting far-right causes, which makes me question her priorities. That’s why Kim Harless is the clear choice for our community.
