Why Kim Harless?

Kim Harless grew up in every corner of Vancouver, became a mom at 21 while earning her environmental science degree, and served on the Charter Review Commission. As an Indigenous Latina and your millennial voice on City Council, she leads not for recognition but because her community asked, and she’s here to deliver.
